We offer a 3-day return policy for all products. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

In Electric Vehicle Batteries warranty of the battery covers 3 years or 30000 kilometers in standard running conditions.  Any one of these conditions will be considered. For example: battery is under 3 years term but covers 32000 kilometers  then the warranty of the battery will be considered avoided vice versa if the battery covers only 20000 kilometers but 3 year time is over then this battery considered avoided.

EVA Batteries offers a limited warranty of 5 years or 2000 charge cycles, whichever comes first, on lithium inverter batteries.

1. In Lithium Batteries there is a deduction of 10% every year so the mileage of the battery is considered as a DOD 10% every year.

 

2. Warranty will be terminated if the battery is consumed more than 50% of total capacity in any condition within stipulated time. In smart BMS warranty will be given either on 500 charge cycles or point No. 1 whichever condition is fulfilled.

 

3. Batteries are warranted against the manufacturing defects and abnormal drop in Ah values. The battery warranty does not cover failures due to accidental damage misuse or improper care of the battery.

 

4. If any issue is detected in the battery client must inform to EVA Batteries. If any changes or alterations are done by the customer those batteries are considered avoided and the company does not provide any warranty or service for that battery.

 

5. If any damage is caused to the battery accidental or breakable intentionally or unintentionally client need to pay for that loss and charges have to pay according to the company.

 

6. EVA batteries are not responsible for any fire or water damage done to the battery or by the battery. Clients have NO right to take action for any claims.

7. Transportation charges should be paid by customer for to & fro for claiming warranty and also for initial battery delivery.

8. Charger warranty is for 1 year from the date of purchase.

9. Free of cost repair/service will be provided 3 times in the warranty period, after that the service charge will be levied on every service or repair. If the battery is submitted for warranty claim or service check and is found to be fully functional with no fault, a service inspection charge of ₹500 will be applicable.

 

*EVA Batteries has a right to change or withdraw any claims of warranty policy without any prior information or notification.

 

 Do's

1. Keep the battery pack dry

2. Must use recommended charger

3. Must be used with recommended application only

4. Keep the battery away from high temperatures like fire or under direct  sunlight.

5. Charge the battery until auto cut of the charger during first time installation of the battery pack.

 Don't

 1. Do not let the battery wet, don’t wash the vehicle/appliance with hose pipe.

 2. Do not charge the battery under direct sunlight but in an open airy place.

3. Do not open the seal

 4. Do not charge with UN-recommended charger

 5. Battery pack must not be used with the UN-recommended application

 6. Do not inverse the connection

 7. Keep the terminals insulated whenever removing the battery from the application.

8. Do not plug the battery whole night for charging.

9. Do not deep discharge the battery, charge the battery 80% if you don’t want to use battery for long duration.

10. Do not charge the battery just after use of vehicle wait for 30minutes & vice-versa.

 

*All the disputes between the parties shall be subject to jurisdiction of the honorable High Court of Judiciary at Jaipur and subordinate court in Jaipur only.

Water damage battery is completely void the terms & conditions.
